These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of norsbakery.ch and any transactions you make via the website. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

2. Definitions

“You” / “Customer”: visitor or person placing an order.
“We” / “Us” / “Our” / “Nors Bakery”: the operator of the website.
“Products”: food items, baked goods, or other goods offered on the site.
“Order”: your request to purchase Products under these Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or of legal age in your jurisdiction) to enter into binding agreements and use this site.

4. Ordering & Acceptance

– All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
– We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order at any time.
– If we cancel, we will notify you and refund any amounts paid.

5. Prices & Payment

– Prices are as listed on the site, in Swiss Francs (CHF), unless otherwise stated.
– We accept payment methods listed on the site.
– Payment is due at the time of ordering.
– We use third-party payment processors.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

– Because our Products are perishable goods, we generally do not accept returns (except when goods are damaged, defective or incorrect).
– If a Product is defective or incorrect, you must notify us promptly (within 48 hours).
– We may, at our discretion, offer replacement or refund for defective/incorrect Products.
– You may cancel an order prior to preparation; if accepted, we will refund as per our policy.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Allergens & Ingredients

We make reasonable efforts to list ingredients and allergen information on our site. You are responsible for checking allergen information before ordering.

While we take great care to prevent cross-contamination, our kitchen handles various allergens and traces may remain.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the site (text, images, logos, designs, software) is owned or licensed by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. User Content & Reviews

You may post reviews or comments, provided they are lawful and non-defamatory. We reserve the right to remove such content.

10. Use of Personal Information

Use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy available on our website.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the relevant Order.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, pandemics).

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be effective upon posting on the site.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of  Zurich, Switzerland.
